How to Request Deletion of All Your Data

Data deletion is performed within 48 hours of the request.

If You Registered Within the App

Please send an email to contact@recordscanner.com with a short note requesting the removal of all your data from our servers.

If You Used the App but Have Not Registered Yet

Please open the app, go to "Profile," choose "Report Problem," and write a short note in the text field requesting the removal of all your data. Then submit the request.

How to Request Deletion of Part of Your Data

Removing All Records from the Collection

To remove all records from the collection, go to "Collection," select "Manage Collection," choose "Delete All Records from Collection," and follow the instructions.

Removing Records from a Specific Shelf Only

To remove records from a specific shelf only, go to "Collection," press the target shelf, choose "Manage Shelf," then "Delete All Records from Shelf," and follow the instructions.

Removing a Custom Set of Data

To request the removal of a custom set of data from our servers, please send an email to contact@recordscanner.com with information on what you would like to be removed.
